N.P. Limited is partnering with Van Trust Real Estate on vertical mixed use development at the southeast corner of Gemini Place and Lyra Drive. The site is along I-71 within walking distance of Polaris Fashion Place Mall. This will be the first vertical mixed use project at Polaris. Our project will have 35,000 sq. ft. of street front retail/restaurant space, a hospitality component, +/-200,000 sq. ft. of office space and 370 high-end apartments. The street front retail will be along Gemini Place and Lyra Drive directly across from Polaris Fashion Place Mall. There will be two parking garages as well. Upon final build out there will be over 500,000 sf on this 21 acre site. The site is across from Cabela's, Costco and just west of IKEA's site on Gemini Place. The project is under construction and it is scheduled to be completed in spring of 2017.
